The Solution Expert will act as the technical trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible to built the solution and leading the onboarding process through implementation, configuration, and integrations.
In this role you will also be responsible to configure the software, answering questions, and ensuring the client is satisfied with the solution. You'll lead technical sessions, work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams, and will be the go-to person for any technical solutions.
