Our customers are some of the most exciting technology companies in the industry.
- English as a mother tongue level – is a must
- At least 2 years’ experience as Technical Support/ Customer Support
- Technical experience and understanding
- Experience of working with international clients
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- A fast learner and highly motivated
- Willingness to work unusual hours, including Fridays
- Industrial Engineering and Management Degree
- Background in supporting CRM systems
