Your Role Requirements:
- English as a mother tongue level (is a must)
- Experience as Technical Support/ Customer Support
- Technical experience and understanding
- Background in supporting CRM systems (an advantage)
- Experience of working with international clients
- Willingness to work unusual hours, including Fridays
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- A fast learner and highly motivated
- Industrial Engineering and Management Degree (an advantage)
You will belong to a wider Customer focused team and have the ability to learn first-hand from a highly experienced Management team.
