- Serve as a technical trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales process
- Responsible to all technical aspects of the sale, including: PoCs, security aspects and more
- Strive for revenue optimization by serving as a technical leader, bridging product and R&D to the sales organization for capabilities, features, requirements, etc.
- Manage and develop the sales tools
- Sales orientation and customer facing experience in pre-sale or similar roles (2-3 years)
- Technical skills and hands on with IT solutions / business applications
- Experience in Sales processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience in finance processes and operations – preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM (MSD, Salesforce, etc ) – preferred
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate to actionable tasks
- Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage)
- Fluent English (mother tongue or similar) and customer facing skills
