DealHub has experienced sustained hypergrowth, and we’re looking for a Junior Product Support Specialist to take it to the next level.

This position requires a talented and passionate persona, who is enthusiastic about solving complex puzzles and diving into technical problems.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams to resolve issues with their configuration & integrations and work closely with the R&D and product teams.

You will be responsible to:

  • Provide fast, professional, and personal support to Dealhub’s customers worldwide
  • Work on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls and video calls
  • Provide application support on Dealhub’s platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms
  • Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved
  • Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided

The position is relevant for degree graduates who are looking for a full-time position.

Requirements

As a Junior Product Support Specialist, we expect you to:

  • Communicate in English as a mother tongue level (written and verbal) – is a must
  • Have a good understanding of CRM or other SaaS products (Salesforce / Dynamics - an advantage)
  • Have a good understanding of analytical processes and have a logical approach
  • Be very customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Be bold, ambitious, and make things done!
  • Think out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach
  • Eager to learn and deliver and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Have a relevant degree (Industrial Engineering and Management/ Information Systems)
