Partners Manager

Description

We are looking for an energetic partners manager to help build and maintain our strategic alliances and partnerships. As part of our partnership team you will attract new partners and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. You will be working closely with our partners to build work plans and generate incremental revenue for the company. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the VP of strategic alliances.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to grow the business through the power of partnership and relationship. Work well in a matrix environment and lead people to work with him internally and externally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential partners.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Leading presentations and demos of DelHub to new and existing partners
  • Building business plans with partners and ensuring excellent execution 
  • Meeting sales targets for partner sourced deals
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement partnership strategies, establish and grow the partner program infrastructure.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience in partnership management, business development or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Presentations and demonstrations skills (in English)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
