As a hyper-growth company, with more and more customers who choose to work with us, we are hiring an Implementation Specialist to join our team.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the Success team to assist our customize DealHubs’ platform, including define, planning, and implementing. 

In this role you will also be responsible to configure the software, answering questions, and ensuring the client is satisfied with the platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience with implementing software/SaaS platforms at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and data-oriented personality
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Great ambitious and problem-solving attitude
  • Graduated in relevant fields (Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems)
