DealHub is known for its professional and patient success team, and it's kind and thorough attitude, and we are hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will ensure that DealHub’s full functionality and offerings are being leveraged, maximizing the value of each customer’s subscription.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers and lead our customers step by step during all the onboarding and ongoing process, starting with designing, planning, implementation, and training through retention, upsell renewals, and expansions.


  • English as mother tongue level is a must
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in software/Saas companies
  • Proven experience with building Enterprise customers' relationships
  • Hands-on experience with leading onboarding and implementation processes and Technical skills for guiding customers
  • Comfortable leading workshop and training sessions 
  • Good understanding of sales and business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-oriented skills
  • Great problem-solving and work under pressure ability
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage)
