Partners Business Development

We are looking for an energetic business development manager to help build and maintain our strategic alliances and partnerships. As part of our partnership team you will attract new partners to join our program. Other duties will include market research, developing work processes, and business development practices. You will work with various departments and report to the VP of strategic alliances.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to grow the business through the power of partnership and relationship. Work well in a matrix environment and lead people to work with him internally and externally. 


  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential partners.
  • Meeting quarterly targets of partner acquisition.
  • Leading presentations and demos of DelHub to new and existing partners.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement partnership strategies, establish and grow the partner program infrastructure.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and partners.


  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years' relevant work experience in business / sales development or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Presentations and demonstrations skills (in English)
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
