We are hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Team Lead to join our fast-paced sales team.
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will lead a group of highly motivated sales development representatives (SDRs) to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and coaching SDRs, along with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies in the SaaS industry.
- Lead the global SDR Function
- Design, implement, and manage the associated processes
- Build and maintain cadences
- Build automation where possible
- Ensure data hygiene
- Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs both locally and globally
- Coach and provide insights that will enable each individual toward target obtainment
- Manage individual outputs focused on Account research, Calls, Emails, LinkedIn messages, etc
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and GTM to develop and execute strategies and collateral
- Working days: Monday to Friday, US Schedule.
