We are currently hiring a Senior Product Support Specialist to become a subject matter expert in our solution.
As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will provide world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams on weekly basis. You will be responsible for handling tickets, resolving issues with their configuration & integrations, reviewing open issues, and doing technical reviews with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales processes and strengthen customer relationships.
