Presales Solution Expert

Description

DealHub is expanding and hiring a Solution Expert to join our Sales team. In this role, you will serve as a technical trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales process, and be responsible for all technical aspects of the sale (including PoCs, security aspects, and more).

We expect you to strive for revenue optimization by serving as a technical leader, bridging product and R&D to the sales organization for capabilities, features, requirements, etc.

Requirements

  • 4+ years customer-facing experience in pre-sale / sales engineer / solution expert / similar roles 
  • Fluent English (mother tongue or similar) and excellent communication skills
  • Sales-oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • Technical skills and hands-on with business applications
  • Hands-on experience in Sales processes and CRM (MSD, Salesforce, etc )
  • Experience in writing and managing RFPs
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate to actionable tasks
  • Experience in finance processes and operations – preferred
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage)
