Presales Engineer

DealHub.io is expanding massively and hiring a Presales Engineer t join the Sales team.

As a Presales Engineer you will:

  • Serve as a technical trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales process
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of the sale, including: PoCs, security aspects and more
  • Strive for revenue optimization by serving as a technical leader, bridging product and R&D to the sales organization for capabilities, features, requirements, etc.
  • Manage and develop the sales tools

Requirements

  • Sales orientation and customer-facing experience in pre-sale or similar roles (2-3 years)
  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles
  • Fluent English (mother tongue or similar) and customer-facing skills
  • Technical skills and hands-on with business applications
  • Experience in Sales processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Experience in writing and manage RFPs
  • Experience in finance processes and operations – preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (MSD, Salesforce, etc ) – preferred
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate to actionable tasks
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage)
