What will you be doing?

  • Report to the Head of Content and ensure content is aligned with brand style and positioning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social strategy to support business objectives and drive growth in a disrupted market.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize social efforts.
  • Create Thought Leadership content that serves various ICPs.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of organic social campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proofread and edit content for errors and inconsistencies from company stakeholders.


Requirements


What should you bring to the table?

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and improve performance.
  • Content Creation: Proven track record in creating engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including micro-copy, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Audience Engagement: Ability to build and maintain a strong online presence, interact with the target audience, and foster meaningful engagement through social media campaigns.
  • Advertising and Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving campaign objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and social media. 
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and external partners.
  • Continuous Learning: A growth mindset and a willingness to stay updated on industry developments through continuous learning, attending conferences, webinars, and industry events.
