Tier2 Technical Support Engineer

Description

We are hiring a Tier2 Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. We provide functional level support which means that you will need to acquire a deep-dive understanding of our solution. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and configuration issues and try to simulate and reproduce the problem.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Application Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics admin knowledge level - advantage
