Description is hiring a Customer Support Engineer to provide applicable support to our global clients.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will work with ticket system and need to be able to work in shifts, including evenings & Fridays.

  • English as a mother tongue level – is a must
  • Technical experience and understanding
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • A fast learner and highly motivated
  • Willingness to work unusual hours, including Fridays
  • Industrial Engineering and Management student/ degree
  • Background in supporting CRM systems - an advantage
