We are seeking for a Sales Development Representative Operation that will Manages overall funnel & process standardization, workflow design & cross functional handshakes ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow Design: Build and maintain SDR-specific workflows for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
- Funnel Ownership: Manage the entire lead-to-opportunity funnel, including churned customers and closed-lost opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Handshakes: Define and manage seamless processes between Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Partners. (Intent accounts to Outbound / Webinar / Events / Inbound data etc..)
- SFDC Management: Own all SDR-related SFDC configurations & hygiene, including fields, objects, views, and layouts.
