The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting cycle for a variety of roles, both technical and customer-facing.

- An expert in sourcing and have experience in full cycle recruiting for technical positions
- you can multitask between working with candidates, agencies, hiring managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the hiring process end-to-end including sourcing, screening, phone calls and in-person interviews
- manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Create a best-in-class experience for all candidates and ad to the highest standards of detail
