Sales Team Lead

DealHub’s Sales team is growing very fast and we are looking for a rock star who can lead a team of 5 to 10 sales reps. 

You will have a unique opportunity to join a great team at a hyper-growth stage, implement and learn the most advanced sales techniques in the super exciting sales tech industry. 

The opportunity is open for experienced sales leaders who are interested to join a dynamic company at a fast-growth phase. The position requires to be able to be very hands-on, detailed oriented, and super passionate about sales excellence and people management. 

 Responsible:

  • Manage a team of sales reps (5-10) 
  • Require, train and lead by example  
  • Hands-on management of pipeline and opportunities. 
  • Be able to deliver a demo and run a sales process independently. (it is not a player-coach role but requires very hands-on and detailed oriented management) 
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly

Requirements

  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • 3+ years of relevant sales management experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English as mother tongue is an advantage) 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable selling to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders, navigating through multiple decision-makers in an organization
