DealHub is a dynamic, global and fast-growing high tech company, specializing in innovative sales engagement and CPQ solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition & Office Admin to join our team on a maternity leave replacement basis and play a crucial role in our growth journey.

As a Talent Acquisition & Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment - preferred for Sales / Marketing / Customer Success positions.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew level is a must (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using recruitment and HR tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS).
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent project management skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Great ambition to work in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
