DealHub is a dynamic, global and fast-growing high tech company, specializing in innovative sales engagement and CPQ solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition & Office Admin to join our team on a maternity leave replacement basis and play a crucial role in our growth journey.
As a Talent Acquisition & Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
