VP Sales

Description is expanding and hiring a VP Sales.

As a VP Sales you will be responsible to lead the Sales department including: Recruiting and training the sales team, Leading the sales cycles end-to-end, and Evaluate and improve sales workflows and processes.



  • At least 7 years experience selling SaaS solutions to North America and/or Europe
  • At least 5 years experience as a Group manager
  • Experience selling remotely via videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams)
  • Excellent technical understanding
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of CRMs (MSD, Salesforce) 
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage)
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate to actionable tasks
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent leadership and multitasking skills
  • Fluent English (mother tongue or similar) – a must
  • Willingness to work in US hours
