As a hyper-growth company, with more and more customers who choose to work with us, our Support team is expanding and provides enterprise-level assistance to our customers around the world.

We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, enthusiastic Application Support Engineer to join our team and become a subject matter expert in our solution.

As an Technical Support Specialist, you will provide world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams to resolve issues with their configuration & integrations.

Requirements

We expect you to:

  • Speak English fluently (both written and verbal)
  • Have proven experience as Sales Operations / CRM Administrator - a must!
  • Have proven experience in software companies at least 3 years
  • Have prior experience with SQL queries - an advantage
  • Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Be bold and ambitious and make things done
  • Be graduated in relevant field (Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems)
  • Be a great team player!
  • The position is located in Austin, TX
