As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide a world-class support to our customer Sales Ops teams to resolve issues with their configuration & integrations and work closely with the R&D and product teams.
As a Product Support Specialist you will be responsible to:
- Provide fast, professional, and personal support to Dealhub’s customers worldwide
- Work on ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls and video calls
- Provide an application support on Dealhub’s platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms
- Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved
- Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided
