Talent Acquisition Specialist (replacement for maternity leave)

DealHub is a dynamic, global and fast-growing high tech company, specializing in innovative sales engagement and CPQ solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth journey.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process mainly for GTM hires, including Marketing, Sales and Business Development positions, and support hiring processes in other departments as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing and head-hunting, screening, interviewing, and, working closely with hiring managers, book interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Lead various recruitment activities to ensure the hiring process progresses smoothly, professionally and fast.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Hebrew level is a must (both verbal and written).
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment - preferred for Sales / Marketing / Customer Success positions.
  • Experienced with leading a full recruitment cycle, including active sourcing, conducting HR interviews, and working closely with hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using recruitment and HR tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS).
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Great ambition to work in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
