DealHub is a dynamic, global and fast-growing high tech company, specializing in innovative sales engagement and CPQ solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth journey.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process mainly for GTM hires, including Marketing, Sales and Business Development positions, and support hiring processes in other departments as needed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing and head-hunting, screening, interviewing, and, working closely with hiring managers, book interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Lead various recruitment activities to ensure the hiring process progresses smoothly, professionally and fast.
