Presales Solution Expert

DealHub is expanding and hiring a Presales Solution Expert to join our Sales team. In this role, you will serve as the technical trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales process, and be responsible for all technical aspects of the sale (including PoCs, security aspects, and more).

You will meet customers on daily basis, work closely with Account Executives and SDRs, and also work hands-on on DealHub's solution.

We expect you to strive for revenue optimization by serving as a technical leader, bridging product and R&D to the sales organization for capabilities, features, requirements, etc.


  • 4+ years of experience in pre-sale / sales engineer / solution expert / similar roles in Sass companies - is a must
  • Fluent English (mother tongue or similar) and excellent communication skills
  • Sales-oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • Technical skills and hands-on with business applications
  • Hands-on experience in Sales processes and CRM (MSD, Salesforce, etc )
  • Experience in writing and managing RFPs
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate to actionable tasks
  • Experience in finance processes and operations – preferred
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage)
